تمدید دوره های بورسیه فقط در موارد بیماری جدی ، بیماری جدی یکی از بستگان ، شرایطی خارج از کنترل که وی را از ادامه تحصیل متوقف می کنند ، تأیید می شود
صندوق Eric Bleumink حق بیمه مانند درمان پزشکی ، تصادفات شخصی ، پرواز اضافی به خانه در موارد اضطراری و هرگونه مسئولیت قانونی برای اشخاص خصوصی را پرداخت می کند

. The allowance will expire before the 15th day of graduation
Candidates must complete the program for which they are given this fellowship
Candidates must get a temporary residence, and this fellowship is valid until the termination of the program
Candidates must return to their home country after completion of the program
The fellowship terminates if the recipient makes a false declaration, commit criminal offences, fails to observe the rules and regulations of EBF, arrive too late to Netherland and fails to make the expected progress during the program
The fellows will not get any funding for their family in the Netherlands
